With Fence and Gate Service Plans, Butler Contracting will come at scheduled intervals throughout the year to:
- Assess any potential problems before they become major problems
- Tighten and adjust hardware and loose pickets
- Ensure a longer lifespan for your fence and gate system
Bundle a home service, roof, fence, and gate plan for 10% annual savings.
Annual Wood Fence Service Plan $1,200
- Annual fence inspection
- Adjust, lube, and tighten manual gates (excludes cantilevered and power gates. See gate service plan for options)
- Clean up to 200 linear feet of fence
- Replace up to 2 fence posts annually as needed* (additional post replacement requires an additional charge)
- Inspect all nails and screws. Tighten and secure as needed
- Replace up to 10 pickets
- 10% off strain and sealing contracts
Annual Metal Fence Service Plan $1,200
- Annual Fence Inspection
- Adjust, lube, and tighten manual gates (excludes cantilevered and power gates. See gate service plan for options)
- Check and tighten all bolts, nuts, and hardware on the system
- Clean up to 200 linear feet of fence
- Apply up to 1 can of touch up paint as needed
- Replace up to 2 fence posts annually as needed
Annual Gate Service Plan $500
($450 if added to Fence Service Plan)
- Gate hardware tighten and inspection
- Battery test, inspection, terminal cleaning, and lube
- Inspect, clean, and lube control arm, chain and belt
- Circuit panel inspection and cleaning
- Wire connection inspection and tightening
- Solar panel cleaning (if applicable)
- Keypad battery replacement (includes 2 keypads)
- Remote battery replacement (includes 2 remotes)
