• Start day with team meeting to review daily expectations and review all the information for the current project
• Coordinate personnel and tasks and prioritize job tasks
• Create and communicate daily to the team the job schedule of various aspects in the project to ensure targets are met

• Then lead the layout independently or with foreman on projects as needed
• Coordinate safety precautions including incident reporting, and any equipment or tool damage that may occur
• Take and manage photos of projects every day as well as the quality, resulting in a clean professional looking photos suitable for marketing
• Ensure the quality control standards meet the requirements and compile a report at the end of each job which is to be uploaded to Company Cam with associated project

• Full-time Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm. Working past 4pm will sometimes be required as well as occasional nights and weekends.
• Start each day with a meeting to review all the project details and the scope of work
• Review and approve all field personnel according to priorities and jobs the Team Lead has developed prior to each day/project
• Create and communicate daily, to the Team Lead, the job schedule of various aspects in the project, time frames expectations, monitor attendance, progress, and productivity of team daily to ensure targets are met based on expectation set during sales call
• Delegate tasks to Team Lead as needed to the schedule, jobsite, company maintenance needs, shop, and other duties assigned
• Manages Team Preparedness daily as well, monitors productivity, and efficiency in all aspects of the company related to field operations. Punctuality, jobsite performance, individual, efficiency shall all be monitored and ensure the team is held accountable
• Takes the lead on all permitting operations, and ensures the utility locates are completed prior to project commencement
• Verifies the Team Leader has clear understanding of the layout and technical aspect of each project as well as a clear plan of action with expectations so that Team Lead can continue to delegate specific tasks to the rest of the team
• Delegates the proper manpower and resources for each project and ensures TEam Lead is managing the team appropriately
• Audit the safe use of machinery and equipment and ensures it is in safe usable condition monthly
• Coordinates safety precautions with the Team Lead for every project and reports any safety or equipment damage within the company (following company protocol)
• Comes prepared to present a safety topic at each staff meeting and manages the attendance and materials needed for OSHA reporting
• Take and manage photos of projects every day as well as the quality, resulting in a clean professional looking photos suitable for marketing, and ensure Team Lead completes these tasks with quality on all projects or all crews
• Develops and submits daily reports pertaining to field operations prior to 5pm to allow management to address any issues or scheduling conflicts that may arise
• Ensures that quality control standards are met on each project and Q/A Q/C reporting is completed at the end of each project and form is uploaded to the Company Cam with the associate project
• Verify that the Team Lead completed these tasks mentioned above and if, at the end of a subcontracted project, it is the Production Manager's responsibility to perform Q/A Q/C reporting process
• It is the Production Manager's responsibility to verify that the Team Leader collected all pending deposits and/or final payments from customers - the customer should know all the project deadlines, specifications, and expectations for the project, if the customer is not home, the payments are done ahead of time via a person in meeting, phone call, text, and emails
• If the options above have been exhausted contact the office for assistance, and if there is a subcontracted component to a project that is pending for final payments, the Production Manager will collect the final payment
• It is the Production Manager's responsibility to verify that the Team Lead is tracking the job costing including total man hours documented and summed up daily in Jobber with the associated project(s)
• It is the Production Manager's responsibility to bring a report of job costings and gross profits to the weekly meeting and present - this means breaking down the total man hours, materials, and equipment costs for each project completed in the previous week, thereby assisting the managing personnel and resources for future projects and ensuring the company is meeting their goals
• Monitor and track reports of job expenses, materials, equipment and any other expenses, and enter in the Jobber expense section - work with the Team Lead here as needed
• Manages and organizes all the job folders with all the relevant information which can include receipts, expenses, plans, documents, product sheets, notes, and more
• Develops and manages the material and equipment list, ordering, scheduling and delivery of materials with ample time for current and upcoming projects - the goal is to make minimal trips and have large amount of materials on-site prior to project commencement to minimize material handling and maximize efficiency whenever possible and profitable
• The Production Manager is expected to review the materials list, plans, drawings, and/blueprints for each project with the Team Lead prior to the ordering to ensure all the material and equipment needs are accounted for on each project
