Our detailed process is designed to get you the vision you have for your home as efficiently as possible and make your time with us enjoyable and relaxing.

1. Get In Touch With Us
Fill out the consultation request form and send us pictures of your current space as well as what you want your new space to look like. This will give us a clearer idea of what type of project we are dealing with and what we can start preparing for.

2. Have A Phone Consultation
We will quickly get in touch to introduce ourselves to hear the details of your project and your vision for the new space.

3. Have A Second Phone Consultation
During the second phone consultation you talk to the team leader and owner Alan Butler, where he’ll give you his advice on the best way to solve the problems you are facing. We then schedule an on-site consultation.

4. Meet On-Site For In-Person Consultation
During the on-site consultation we start developing the vision you have for your space and talk about things like deadlines, expectations, and pricing. We also keep you informed of all the options you have and help you make the best decisions before moving forward.

5. Design Your Space (Optional)
If you decide that you would like to get a design drawn up of what your outdoor space will look like, we arrange it for you for a fee that varies depending on your project and its size. This will allow you to see how everything will look before we start any construction/demolition.

6. Sign The Contract
After all the details are set and we’re on the same page, we give you the contract to sign. Then we make sure all the permits are filed and approved so that we can start the next phase.

7. Protect The Site
Before we start any construction or demolition, we make sure your space is taken care of by protecting any areas that won’t be involved in the process. This ensures we keep the dirt and debris to a minimum and protect all the important assets around your home.

8. Perform A Pre-Job Walkthrough
Walk with us through the site while we draft a first checklist and go over the plan of action. We let you know what the next steps are and what to expect as your project unfolds.

9. Transform Your Space
Without any further delays, we get to work on building the best version of your vision down to the finest details. While we work, you are welcome to ask any question or present concerns you may have so that we can address them right away.

10. Perform The Post-Job Walkthrough
The vision for your space is now built and to make sure everything is perfect, we invite you to join us in a post-job walkthrough. Feel free to inspect every detail of the finished project. If any issues come up, let us know and we’ll make it right for you.

11. Implement Follow-Up Plan
To make sure you stay happy with the work we’ve done for you, we have a 3-day, 3-week, and 3-month follow-up plan. At each of those post-project times, we will get in touch with you to ensure you are happy with your new space. We will even come on-site if there is anything that comes up.

12. Enjoy Your Space With Our Warranty
