Whether you can’t remember to change the filters, need help changing out light bulbs, or you don’t have a ladder tall enough to do touch up paint on a ceiling, we are here to take some of the stress out of owning a home. We offer a tiered structure to give you flexibility in choosing which package works best for your needs. If you don’t have the time or tools to

manage these tasks, we are here to help.

As a member of our home maintenance program, you will be a preferred client and can enjoy reduced costs on your home maintenance and special offers throughout the year. You’ll also receive priority scheduling during emergency situations.

Billing can be done monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. A credit card must be saved on file and Butler Contracting will charge the credit card based on the frequency of billing the customer chooses.

Some exclusions apply. All tasks above are subject to technician’s discretion. If the task is within the parameters of normal annual/bi-annual maintenance, we are happy to do it. If a tech feels a task is beyond the scope of the plan, that task will not be completed without approval and a change order will be required to proceed. Plan price will not change or be prorated if a customer chooses not to have all services performed.
